In a country known for its high quality of education and strong emphasis on literacy, it may seem unlikely that low literacy is still a significant problem.
As publisher of OC-Q Magazine, I like to reflect on this. This month with an article on the “Taalmeter” Dutch for “Language Meter”. But even more so next year because of its great social importance.
